Exclusive product, Minimal start-up costs, High revenue.

The Introducing Partner business model involves you generating revenue from organizing and running public business games, contests and championships in business simulation for a wide audience, where each user pays for their participation in the game. This scenario does not require any upfront financial or other costs from you, except for a small effort to set up the planned game and attract participants to your online gaming event.

Your benefits when cooperating with VBC:

  • You don’t need to top up your VBC balance beforehand. You set up your public Business Challenge for free using our platform and attract participants to it. Participants pay for access to your event, and you receive a commission on each payment.
  • You set the amount of your commissions from ticket sales for your business event. Your revenue comes from the difference between the base price of VBC tickets ($20) and the final ticket price for your users, which you set when you set up your planned business game. Your business challenge participants pay for access to your business challenge on the Virtonomics Business Challenge website. Your revenue will be 50% of the markup you set.

Example:

You have organized a public championship on management and entrepreneurship for aspiring entrepreneurs in your region on the VBC platform. You have attracted 500 participants to participate in the game, setting the cost of participation in your championship at 70 dollars. Accordingly, your markup on 1 ticket is $50, and your revenue from each ticket sold is 50% of the markup = $25.

Your profit from conducting this one business simulation competition:
500 * ($70 – $20)*50% = 500 * $50 * 50%= $12 500

Ideas, Tips, Recommendations, Suggestions:

  • The better your business challenge landing page is set up, the more detailed and clear the information about your event is, and the more potential participants you attract will want to participate in your business game. And the higher your revenue will be from hosting it.
  • If necessary, upload your accompanying guidance materials to the “Materials for Game Participants” section or use ready-made materials from the VBC Library.
  • Try to attract information and sponsors for your event to increase the visibility and credibility of your business championship.
  • Generate and offer prize money for the winners of your business game. This will increase the number of participants in your event and their motivation, increase your sales revenue, build the reputation of your subsequent events, and increase ticket sales for the next championships. Rewarding the winners and giving them their prizes is your sole responsibility as the Presenting Partner. The VBC platform is not responsible for the prize pools set by the Introducing Partner.
  • You can generate prize money either through sponsorships or by allocating a share of the event’s ticket sales.
  • Try to involve your local media and business communities in covering your event and awarding the winners.
  • During the game, try to answer possible questions from championship participants promptly and give them friendly and complete feedback. You can see incoming questions in the ‘Support’ tab
  • Try to create championships in several stages using different scenarios. For example, the qualifying stage, and the final stage.
  • Try to make championships in business simulation focused on relatively homogeneous target audiences, and distribute them into ‘leagues’. For example, ‘The Student League’ for students of educational institutions, ‘The Professional League’ for experienced corporate managers, ‘The Entrepreneurial League’, etc.

How to Become an Official “Introducing Partner”:
