I must say, I have to renounce from my bread production aspirations. Here is why: in 1000 workers factory, when tech. is minimal 1 worker produces 300 pieces of bread. Retailing gives 15 $ for high quality ones. So not including prime cost and taxes, revenue return from 1 worker is 4,500 $. Not that impresssive. 1 wheat yields 30 $ worth of bread. And you can sell  wheat staight from the wholesale market for 2-5 times more.
 
I see that in vodka production wheat usage gives better results. Again, when tech. is minimal in 1000 workers factory, 1 worker produces 60 pieces of vodka. In Tokio it is retailed for 250 apiece. Not icluding prime cost (wheat and 2$ worth of glass for every vodka) and taxes, revenue return from 1 worker is 15,000 $. Now that is better.
 
For the time being, in my primal production, revenue return from 1 worker is 60,000 $, so I will be a little bit more reserved in getting into new production.
 
Still, due to Desolation providing corn, I will be producing small amount of cornmeal. It will be available for corp members in 2 turns.
 
If "In Flames" corp gets into medicine business, we should name our first Hospital "Stop InFlammetion"

The food industry is the least profitable, no matter what margins you desire to achieve.
 
My proposal :
Anyone and everyone who has a grain farm (specially HQ grain that is q6.5+) should save it for livestock. Don't use it right now, just stockpile it. Tomorrow if a tender comes up, we could use it for the livestock tender or for the raw materials (eggs, milk etc). Everybody with HQ grain should create a buffer of atleast 1m q25+ eggs, milk and meat so they can be shared amongst the corporation ONLY for competitions or tenders.
 
Whatever virts we win as a team (i am right now helping 2 members of the corp) we can pool all of them in and buy farms/mines that will solely be used to achieve the objectives of this corporation.
 
The guy who's running in the CP will need all the support he can get so don't hold back in donating whatever little you can.

Talking about the contest for presidents makes me sad To you I neglected my Lien account, now I'm too old to join it in the future!
 
Anyway, count me in for any project, once my qualifications are grown there's probably a spot available for me in the corporation, since I have no use at all at this pointVery we! But once I do have a use I probably will focus for 100% on corporation activities.
 
Considering the fact that I'll join the contest for presidents any time soon on Mary, I'll be able in the future to partially invest some of the VIRT prizes into an uncommon renewable resource on Lien solely for corporation/tender purposes.Very we!

As a corp activity I currently can play hockey with gardening equipment as a hockey stick and riding a bicycle while holding a toy in my other hand and wearing a sombrero, researching and selling all this at the same time for the sole purpose of raising the qualification.
 
My interest goes the most towards tender/contest fun in group efforts, and will fully utilize my koalafications for corporation purposes. Apart from that I'm mainly planning to be a bit of a follower, since you already shoot many good ideas (knowing myself I probably will loose this follower mentality and annoy you with the weirdest ideas anyway).
 
In three months I'll dump a nice farm or plantation somewhere; As brought up earlier, getting some supplies for the more uncommon restaurants specializations seems a great idea to me. Probably that might cause us to win some great prizes.

Made a little research. At the beginning if tech. is minimal, worker efficiency in sombrero production is worse then in bread pro. Revenue return from 1 worker is a meagre 4,000 $. But if tech is great proportion increases up to 5 times. Umbrella pro. seems a better choice as it lands 10,000 from a worker but revenue increment in line with tech. improvement doesn't seem to be as great as in sombrero pro.
 
Don't be swayed by my calculations as I'm just pretending to be a Pro in PROduction.

Probably you're right, I haven't done any significant research on it, I just merely produce stuff for qualification purposes.
And well it's not very bad to pretend you are a proSo-so
 
@Nitron1,
It's comparable to the qualification tenders, but the competition is harder and you need to approach it quite aggressive if the expectations of high competition is significant.
If you're planning to do any particular tender, just ask for some advice.
 

Are you guys maybe interested in creating a corporation Skype group, to quickly chat about interesting ideas? I realize, if you have no experience with Skype, it might not sound very interesting/useful, but in my experience it can be a very great platform to communicate.
(Anyone who uses skype can always send me a message with your skype ID)

What is the best way to increase the service level of a store, is it by hiring more store employee or increasing their qualification?
