why is the update not finishing. It's been almost 3 hours for the Mary realm.
 
Is there another server error, if so please move your hosting to rackspace or media temple.
 
I love playing this game but these server outages are really starting to kill me and make me want to create my own business simulator.
 
Please fix it a.s.a.p!

i no, 2 days ago i got one then today it's been 5+ hours.
 
you would think if there going to take out such an aggressive advertising campaign they would make sure they have enough servers to deal with the extra load.

looks like a problem with the database which does the update once a day, it may not be suitable to to handle these many calculations? While its saturday morning in Russia, i assume the admins are still resting from friday night ... we may not get an update again today.

it's already been 1:30 hrs again today. It is normally done in 30 mins.
 
Is this going to happen everyday cause if it is I don't see much point in playing.
 
You need to scale your app. Host it on a LAMP package over at rackspace or AWS Cloud.

well im not. i sick of waiting.
 
do the developers think about the people that are paying for items in this game
 
You can't sell something and then let it fail everytime it's meant to work
 
I just so angry and frustrated with this game.
 
you would think after 3 consistent days of failures they would be fixing it, but that doesn't seem to be happening does it.

Michael, where do you live? In my time zone the update is in the morning 10 am so i also look fwd to se an update completed.
 
One would think that this system hangs bring in the missing part into this game: the unpredictable, which is always effecting your business in a way ...

Im sorry Mike1 I don't understand what your saying about bringing the missing part and effecting my business.
 
I live in New Zealand which is GMT+12 so if it's 12pm in Moscow it's 12am in NZ.

how did u visit Vera. I can only view the realm page only when the update in happening and even then I can only see the mary realm.
 
I really getting to the point of building my own version of this game - I'm so frustrated with it.

look at your address bar, there you will find http://virtonomics.com/mary/ ... *
change "mary" to "vera", you won't be able to access your business there
but you can see the game update status
