why is the update not finishing. It's been almost 3 hours for the Mary realm.
 
Is there another server error, if so please move your hosting to rackspace or media temple.
 
I love playing this game but these server outages are really starting to kill me and make me want to create my own business simulator.
 
Please fix it a.s.a.p!

this is just rubbish. It's been a good 10 hours since I last check in and what do you know.
 
"Sorry no update as taken place" Again!
 
this is just pathetic - do they want people to actually play there game or not, cause if they do they suck at keeping me interested!
 
How do I change realms?

if the update hasn't finished by 1:30am GTM I'm calling it quits with this game.
 
I think we should all show them how pissed we are.
 
and btw it's still sunday in russia so I highly doubt that they'll be in there office working out the kinks today.

Why the hassle Nielsen?
 
sometime servers fuck up.  Ive played mmo's for 5+ years.  things happen, server dies but they still come back.
 
1 thing ive learned.  IT IS AN GAME, DONT LET YOUR LIFE BE RUN BE IT. PLAY IT WHEN YOU CAN.
 
as long as there wont be any hard reset i am happy. allthough i made some dumb mistakes on point usage in the beginning, so an hard reset to start fresh with all my points i bought could be cool.  Allthough i hope it wont happen To you

why the hassle.
 
Because you charge user to item them let the system fail and don't fix it. You don't do that if you want repetitive business.
 
Users drive this site, with out them it's just some crapy HTML & PHP code. They did to look after there users - keep them happy and make sure everything runs as it should which is not happening here.
 
They're making it extremely easy for a competitor to take all there users. all they have to do is provide a game that's online consistently.

Craminu has a good point. So does michael. Whenever it's updating i just go outside and play basketball. And we also have to give the guys some slack. There human too, they have other things to do too. So lets just let them fix it and it'll all be golden! Well

i am proberly bit more relaxed on the server issue then you Nielsen.
 

but i get your point.  annoying yes.  but the game is totally free. you do not to buy points to play it.
 
mostly when the game uppdates i am sleeping anyway To you  just use some browser time after work. hehe

Yea i no it's free. And it is free for me aswell. I haven't paid for any points but there are users out there who have.
 
If I was one of them I would demand 99.9% uptime + I get extremely frustrated when things don't work like they should.

the key point i guess is that we wanna control when to play, and not being controlled when to play, even from a system. I actually have paid a few bucks.
 
Craminu, if you are a real player and got your game points the normal way you have paid 1500 USD to buy 30 Billion net worth and you're still that easy on it??  I adore that.
 
According to the press release and site docs from the developer,  an average member spends 30 USD per month on this game and there are more than 400'000 users ... thats 12 Million $ a month!  How high are the salaries in Russia?
 
I'd honestly like to offer my services, will work all night 7 days a week for you guys @ only 100'000 a month

There is no way Mike1 that they are clearing 12,000,000 a month. I would say it's more like 12,000.
 
If you take a look at facebook's stats on selling ads there's is about 1 click in 10,000 impressions - note that way in min '08.
 
There's no doubt they are making some money but it simply disagree that it is in the millions - atleast not yet.
 
Besides if they were they would have a team of engineers running there datacentre and would not be having the massive outages.
 
Where abouts did you find that data Mike1?
