I think the current implementation of the repair function for your computers/machines is rather silly and not very realistic.
 
At the moment your computer automatically breaks down after a few weeks, which criples your efficiency. Then you have the choice to repair or buy a new machine. The only difference between those two choices is that repair replaces the broken machine, while buy gives you an extra machine. Both for the same price! I don't want a new machine, I want the old one repaired...
 
I would suggest the following change:
 
* Change the breakdown of the machines to a mix between luck factor and quality of machine.
* Give a broken machine a bigger penalty then 'Wear and Tear'
* Create a new service:   IT shops.  Their service is to repair machines
* Good needed to repair :  Electric component
 
* Keep the 'Wear and Tear'  but make the effect less strong.
* If 'Wear and Tear' reaches 100%, machines are all broken and need to be replaced.

Sounds complicated to implement.  Not sure if worth the effort.  But to simplify, I like the idea of IT Repair Service.  Rather than buying a new machine, you can just repair them here for a possibly cheaper price.  And it would be easy to implement by just adding a tab to the buy screen.

It would be nice to have more filtering options for units, especially more used ones like stores and factories.  Right now even specialization sorting for stores for example is not even working how I expect, which is by the store specialization (like Grocery and Drugstore).
 
You could also add sorting by the following:
- Total Sales
- Total Profit
 
Also filtering by the following:
- Negative Profit
- Influx of Goods Stopped

Create an options page to choose which format (Old, New, Beta) your subdivisions open in.
 
Even better: Allow user to choose format for each type of subdivision:
Med Center- New    Store- Old   Warehouse- Old   Create subdivision- New  Fitness center- Beta  etc

I have been sorting through a lot of emails notifying me that a contract was cancelled or that the price of a good changed more than 10%. Then I realized that about half of the cancelled contract notifications were for contracts I cancelled myself!
 
Is there a way to have an email generated and sent when a shipment is less than the contract amount requested? Being notified that a quantity shipped was lower than the amount you expected would be extremely useful.
 
For example: I order 10,000 wool for my fabric factory. My supplier runs out before my contract and I only get 500.
 
Knowing that my factory is going to me short raw material is much more useful than seeing that a one-time shipment of 2x,xxx widgets was sent to my snargulfleegul factory and won't be shippped again.
 
If it would require another box to be built in the order form (like the ones for "One Time Shipment" or "Minimum Quality"), I would be ok with that.

Current BlackList only prevents sales of products TO BlackListed companies. Recommend adding an option to hide goods being sold BY Blacklisted companies when making purchases. I can't remember all the companies that have ripped my off by raising their prices 9% every update. Blacklisting them only stops them from buying my goods; Doesn't help me from getting ripped off again.
