2. customised gifts. Players can
a. upload an image and define the value of the gift (maybe within min/max limits)
b. create a special little state enterprise from 1-3 points value and give it as a gift to someone

leasing market for subdivisions

- companies lease fully equipped (no stock but with tech and workers) subdivisions to other companies. lease taker can only repair equipment/adjust salary but not add or remove equipment or workers.
-On lease expiry or bankruptcy of the lease taker the subdivision’s stock will be moved to a warehouse in the same city and the subdivision returned to the lease giver

city level restrictions can be periodically changed by mayor
 
Some cities have limits on the size of shops, medical centers, restaurants and services.
Wouldn't it be cool if the mayor could periodically change this?
Decreasing restrictions would be easy to program and might be where this should stop.  Maybe then all new countries should start with restrictions.
But wouldn't increasing restrictions be fun as well (maybe to increase competition)?  The problem here is that players will have already built the bigger facilities, so what to do about that?

Change ranking of "position on the corporation ranking".
 
Currently the ranking is based on assets and seems similar to the asset ranking.  A dormant corporation can be at the top of the ranking just by having big members.
 
I propose ranking based on what the corp is supposed to be about.  Maybe ranked by total volume of trade between members?

New report - # of subdivisions by city by major type of subdivision
Layout: cities down the side, type of subdivisions (at the high level of factory, farm, plantation, lab, etc.) across the top, quantities populating the table.
 
If you are the mayor of a city you can see all subdivision in that one city.  There is also a cool analytical report that shows # of production type subdivisions of the entire realm by specialization but not by city.  The reason I was looking for the above report was to see what cities have the most labs.

Edit: 27.4. 2016: administration has recently introduced "Teahouse" specialisation, so this suggestion is honoured /obsolete
