hey, my production qualification gorwth is down to +0.158. do you know y its gottin so low. i have 6 factories operating at full capacity so in theory it should be growing more than +0.158 ah?

I have the same problem, all my companies the are running are at 100% efficiency and they are all profitable, but I am still only getting 0.114 qualification growth. The only thing that I can think would be affecting it would be my empty companies.

When your qualification increases you should build more or upgrade your factories.
 
If you don't increase the demands on your qualification the rate of growth will slow.

on production Q18, my growth is only +0.088.  all factories at 100%, expanding/upgrading such that i've lost the 'minimal safety factor', though it must be still be acceptable coz i still get 100%. of course, have tried to NOT expand as aggressively and growth was even worse.
 
remember reading growth can 'naturally' increase to 50 levels in 1/2 year.  at .088 or even .1x, takes 10 days to grow 1 level.  from Q18 to Q50, need 32*10 days even if growth rate does not drop at every level, which it does.  
that's closer to 1 year, not counting the time it took to get from Q1 to Q18.  
 
would the calculations, especially for production growth, be incorrect?  other qualification like advert and management growing nicely at .17 and .2 at similar Q levels.

does this mean that for quality of produced goods have to be at maximum quality possible for the technology level of the factory in order for production growth to be optimum?
 
supplies of adequate quality is generally a problem, so i had been using technology to increase finished product quality.  think my problem of supply quality would be shared by a lot of other players as well...
