The Government of Virtonomics is pleased to inform you that the works on multidimensional reform of equipment have been completed.
Please find below the essence of the reform:
1. Computers become the obligatory office equipment. Employees without computers will not work while the wages will be charged from the employer. The government will fit all the offices with computers of qualification level 1 free of charge.
2. The equipment will be depreciated for all subdivisions (computers) and laboratories (devices).
3. 2 factors of depreciation have been added to those existing: equipment quality (the higher is the quality, the lower is depreciation), and personnel’ qualification (the higher is the qualification of the personnel, the lower is depreciation). Please note that qualification of the personnel should be equal to quality of equipment: low-skilled employees can normally use the standard machines, but will ruin high-quality equipment fast.
