i can see 3 baseball cap icons above and all are the same.  
 
What unwritten regulations are you referring to? I do not think this is appropriate.

caps branded by francheese have different picture, they are not yellow...and also in trade hall you have price for regular (yellow) bassebal cap and for francheese cap (brown)
 
this might be the reason

Turkbostjan.. i understand what you say but when you look to city sale there is only one icon for baseball caps and not two .. and Lucas Inc has 99.96% market share for baseball caps under the yellow icon.  There should be 2 different icons for baseball caps to support what you say!  And why would the tender results be "not available for public" anyway?
 
You didn't reply my question about hidden restrictions, and, do you think its fair that such would exist? Or that we - Moderators! - should insist this issues to be clarified and fixed, instead of playing them down ?
 
Such little things do not need to nag on the image of virtonomics and i please the administration to look into this and make the tender rules transparent and clear for everyone, without any hidden surprises.

yeah i got that...there are few holes in tender rules also...like this problem:

Is this fixed now? I can see the results for the tender so I'm assuming it has been sorted out.
 
I have also used franchise goods to win a city supply tender before. It worked without issue then, but I had non-franchise goods selling there too.

Now all I see is "public results not available". Was I just imagining the results before?
 
Tender 375 is also not on the winners list.
 
All I can think of is the franchise goods confuse the system.

the stores were closed because the business was merged and not enough qualification in  mother company. I hope you can review the above information and log, thank you

Did you advertise contest article of trade  or brand for francises only?
