The problem was evidently cost by this. If you have not advertised the article of trade, the system considers there is no brand. We will take into account your results in this tender and try to fix this problem in tenders.

I have seen an extra line added on city supply tenders now stating that only advertised branding counts.
 
Lucky Luc to still get the VIRTs and kudos to admin for sorting it out and clarifying the conditions for future tenders.
