i did not mean to place one of the items in my office (the picture of a female).  it was done accidentally.

This won't help because the picture will just be queued forever, waiting to be placed in the office, thus being an endless disturbance.
 
From my male view i find this topic a bit funny, but professionally i agree that such an image shouldn't appear in a game intended for all genders and ages.  please admin take note.

it actually was because it was queued 'forever' that i accidentally placed the picture.  left it there for a long time, and there was no 'are you sure' box to undo.
 
yes, as a game for all gender and ages, that picture is offensive.  and admin, PLEASE can it be taken off???

Frankly, I do feel the same, it abit funny from the view as a male.
Maybe you can just ignore it Well
I don't really go to the office there and see how my office look like, maybe other people will, when they check on you.
Maybe you can ask admin to remove it for you Well

It will be queued forever if you don't place it, but qualification gains still go towards office items so if you wait until ~level 70 before placing it you should be able to get rid of it straight away with the new office addition.
 
Maybe a silly question but doesn't the picture show up when it is ready to be placed? Was it not offensive then?

i let it queue for some time, it eventually disappeared.
 
from a person with no Y chromosome, it is certainly offensive - even when it was queuing, but at least it wasn't part of 'my office'.  My office is supposed to be just that - mine...
