there's an upgrade to the office and that picture will no longer be there...personally, i missed it when it was gone Ridiculously
but got rid of the flying beer cans (later) and the rotten piece of pizza so it looked like a deal.
 
Kidding aside, i think the office has room for enhancement:  upload own background (behind the windows),  load own pictures into frames etc... bring it on !

yes it costs points....but you can wait...when your qualification increase you get usually one point for office items...but that will take longer

Mike1, how long will i have to wait for the office upgrade?  does it cost points?

Whilst your qualification grows, new items will appear.. once you receive a new office to place you will get rid of that picture, i don't remember exactly but i think its when your ranking reaches around 70 (ranking is based on earned, not paid, qualification)
 
I don't think these gifts / office items will be given when using game points to increase qualification.

thankyou turkbostjan, but i think i'll use the points either for qualification or mine.  don't really think the look of the office does that much for my business, but i really AM annoyed and offended with the girl picture

its related to the summary of all qualifications, not only the management qualification.
