First, I have a tendency to go long times without logging in to the game. Normally this is not really a problem.

This time, I logged in to find that nearly 100 of my units have no employees and were all laid off. These were units I've had for years and quite a bit of training had gone into the employees over the years to get their ratings up while keeping their salaries down.

I searched the forum, but for some reason I always have a hard time following the English translations of things on this site.

Can someone please give me a brief synopsis on what the labor market changes made earlier this year mean and how they affect things? If each time I take a break, I'm going to lose thousands of highly trained workers, it's going to end up being a problem for me.
