Actually you need to check the total number of employees you can handle (the so-call top 3). The number of companies doesn´t matter: having 1 factory of 10,000 employees or 100 of 100 employees is the same.
And it is the same for the offices: you could have 15 offices around the world or just 1 with all your companies in the same country, it wouldn't matter.
We are ony talking about quantity here, concerning the quality (that is employee qualification and technology) bigger companies need more top-manager qualification. That is why you can set higher technologies in your 100 factories of 100 employees than in your 10,000 employees' one. This factor is refered to as top 1. |
