Nice initiative!Very we!
 
To kick off with an idea, which is a day too early:
 
The assets value of state enterprises should be adjusted to about 5-20B for each point value, depending on the point and auction value. Now a 50 points farm is valued at only 50B, while the auction value is easily 800B. The change to an higher valuation of the assets will make (re)emitting bonds safer, and will increase auction activity.

"Try your very best at the contests (managers, directors and presidents) that are offered to you during the first months, even if the competition looks (too) strong. You'd be surprised how far effort and reflection can take you! Also, you are "forced" to explore various aspects of the game which will enhance your experience/pleasure and offer you more possibilities later on."
 
This is from personal experience. Both as a player in those contest as as "game master" of the Sikasso competitions where I noticed this amongst a few competitors. Proof of which is Nikoliil's victory. He was up against some very experienced players with lots of assets.

My lazy tip would be to plus every other fellow player's tip just in hope that they would plus you back Very we! All are happy, the points will pour upon us.
 
And my less lazy tip would be - If one happens to be a new player, and there is some free points obtained from first month of playing, to get one's assets shoot up, one can obtain point value villas in popular cities ( ex. Hefei) and sell it on auction for 50 billions.
 
Or play tenders. They are very rewarding.

Tip for New Players:
Ask questions on the forum.  They will all be answered.
 
Tip for Good Players:
Team with other player on projects.  You will learn much.
 
Tip for Expert Players:
Take a step back and look at your empire, get out of the weeds.  You probably have 20% of your operations earning 80% of the profit.  You probably have another 20% of your operations set up to help with politics, to help your corporation members, to help new players.  Think about cutting the remaining 60% to make your business way easier to manage and to put your focus where it belongs.

How's this: Open healthcare centers where the governor offers health care subsidies.  For example, I have a diagnostic center that pulls in 19M revenue an update from operations and 50M an update from the government subsidy.  As an added bonus, the 50M subsidy is not taxed.
 
Is that better? Ridiculously

Be sure to compare the average quality and price of a given good in the city before adquiring it for your store. You might end up with a lot of low quality merchandise that might be unable to be sold with profit, or not even being sold at all.
