On Lien I have noticed that there are so many companies with this prefix. Does anyone know what this is? A group of friends? or what.

The first 9 companies I checked, they all seem to be Russian players. No common corporation nor political party, so no idea.

Yea, it is a Russian thing, a type of business entity
ooo - общество с ограниченной ответственностью

Something very similar to LLC in US
 
By default they ask you to make you company BLABLABLA OOO when you play with Russian interface
