Pasirinkau mažiausią parduotuvės dydį - 100 kv.m, nes nenoriu didesnių išlaidų pradiniame etame. Priedo - vėliau galėsiu parduotuvės dydį nesunkiai keisti

Pradiniame etape įdarbinau 3 darbuotojus. Manau, kad atidarant nedidelę parduotuvę tai yra optimalus darbuotojų kiekis.
 
Po atidarymo - vertinsių situaciją:
*Darbuotojų krūvį
*Darbuotojų efektyvumą
*Žmonių pasitenkinimą
 
Ir atitinkamai priimsiu adekvatų sprendimą.
