Well, he might do that. But the risk of he being scammed, or the lack of interest in virtomoney might reduce his audience.
 
You might have more offers by selling VIRTs, which are harder to get and are more valuable for users. But you might have to sell them for lower price than the administration, unless you find cooperative players willing to donate some cash to you at the same price.
 
Again, there is risk of scam, so be careful with buyers.

At that rate I could almost get $1 million in real money. A fair market rate is probably about 20bln virto money for $1 in real money as it costs about $1 to buy 1 virt and each virt is worth about 20bln.

transferring points into virtmoney is a very bad idea! Those 5million are way underpayed. I don't even understand why Virtonomics does it. When you play broke-yard, you have to pay 10m to win 1 virt...it's illogical.
Some can squeeze 20b out of a virt, I understand...For me, 1 virt is 1b. But this is depending on mining and it's depending on what Im mining, it can get to 600b out of a 5 point costing mine. When all my mines are emptied (in about a year) I've got at least 1k billion.
 
So, if peeps want to buy it from me for the rate of 1$ for 7m, I really am able to buy a house! :p

So it is also illegal to sell virtual ore for paypal donations? The law itself doesn't mention assets, like you did - only company/account or virtonomics money. And how about ore supplies for a game point: is that legal?
 
Some of those laws can be hard to interpret..

As I know, it is legal to sell only VIRTs for real money. But selling VIRTs for game cash, any kind of resources or goods is legal also (VIRT is not equal to game point, buying points directly to other's account or paying with real money is illegal).
 
If there are any doubts about any kind of deals, the best way is to contact supports.
