Hi all,
 
for quite some time (something like 2 or 3 month) the game have been very slow for me from time to time, with up to 30 seconds and more waiting time for a single page. Since I don't have this problems with other servers (of which some are in Russia as well), I assume the problem is not on my side. I'm accessing the game from Germany.
 
It appears not always. Usually it is fine and suddenly every page needs very long to load. This keeps for some minutes and then it is okay again. Appears at very different pages of the game.
 
Does other player experience the same problems? If so, are there any plans of what to do against it? It does really take away big parts of the fun the game is producing.

I'm not a technical specialist in computer networks, but having problems from time to time, also gained some experience.
 
1) There are some external tools (Google analytics, Yandex etc.), which are loaded for about 30 seconds or even longer.
When loading takes too long, I just press "Esc" and F5. Usually this helps. Well
 
2) It is possible to "trace" the signal from your PC to Virtonomics. A kind of "path" is shown there, different servers, which redirect the signal.

But I'm not sure, that it can fixed. The only thing I can advise is to learn using proxy-servers. I have a little experience, and to say honestly, it's not easy to find fast one, and sometimes they stop working and it's necessary to find another.
 
3) Sometimes, it can be, that you browser is configured to show pages only when they are loaded completely. If so, you can change settings to update the display each 5-10 seconds.
 
P.S. Now it takes quite a long time for "Apex" voting button to be loaded. Not so

proxy servers are not gonna counteract the crapton of trackers and counters on the page. I wonder why do they need so many of them anyways?

yip, experiencing the same issue.
 
Always thought it was because some players were using scripts burdening the game's servers with a heavy load. Apparently not, so I learned something new again today :-)

Thanks for the answers. So it looks very much like it is a problem of the game servers or the connection and not on my PC Well Haven't traced the connection so far. Won't be that easy since even on bad days, suddenly some pages load fast.

Yes, I'm aware of the external "tools". I experienced two kinds of delayed loading. One is that the content of a page is shown completely but it still seems to load. That is mostly because of these "tools". A little annoying, but one can live with this or, as you wrote, stop it by hitting Esc. The other case is a white page with the browser showing "waiting for www.virtonomics.com ... ". That's the worse one.
 
I hope the managers of the game keep an eye on this. However in the last week, especially the last few days, the problem almost disappeared. But over the last months it was always an up and down, so it's too early to assume the problem is solved.

So it seems the game is back in slow mode again. Not as bad as it was once, but still yesterday and today it was a real pain to play. Especially since in this game you have to open a lot of pages to manage your company. Waiting times of 8  10 seconds per page kill all the fun the games would provide.
 
Anyone of the team want to share some thoughts about this? Like whether the reason is known and if there is a plan of action to solve it?
 
P.S.: Hm, just back to the game after writing the above, it seems fine at the moment...

I think, we (meaning you and me) could try to check, if these delays happen for both of us. Can you join the Conference room (Virtonomics chat) the next time, when you having delays?
 
I will check the game "speed" together with you, in the same time. If I have lags too, then it will be enough reasons to "press" on the administrators.
