What is the point of having service sector in game (Laundry, fitness and Hairsalons) if it's almost imposible to have prodit in that branch. For first few updates fitneses have profit but then is just a waste of money. Same is with laundry, tried everithing but can't achieve profit in single laundry subdivision.

Is it here just to say it is or am I so stupid that can't get profit out of it

Haha I won't say you are stupid, but I have been able to get atleast a 100,000 profit of ALL my service sector subdivisions. I just keep them in a loss because of advertising. The only reason I have a few service sector businesses is because of tenders. Otherwise I would never bother with them.

when I stop advertising sales drop and losses are here...also you pay the rent, workers and cost of servicing (for 1000 m2 around 100k). The restaurants don't have so high costs of services, really don't get it. So the services will be soon gone Well

Then maybe just maybe, you don't know how to run it right.

Jane makes a million out of fitness centers. I have made 300,000 from laundry alone.

Maybe it isn't for you. I don't see service sector businesses as being sustainable. Meaning, not a lot of profits can be generated out of them. Not like restaurants, which when managed right can generate atleast a billion in revenues.

This is why i keep laundries/fitness centers around : http://virtonomics.com/lien/main/tender/22949 ... . At the end of the day, it's not the Virto$ I am interested in. I'll support them by sinking in $100 million everyday if it keeps increasing my qualification in service sectors Well

Your comment made me lol for no reason Very we!

Cost of servicing I think depends on different 'specialization' of fitness centers. Like for example : Professional sports has 200% cost of servicing than the normal ones. That would explain the high cost of servicing for your last enterprise

OK, I get that that it depends on different specialitzation. But how come that then the costs aren't 150k $ but they are 6 times bigger than in Singapore

Really don't get that sector Well Like this one: yesterday I stoped advertising one of laundries and sales skyrocketed for 100% I roll!

Weird world of laundry Well maybe they started moneylaundring Very we! lol

The cost of servicing is influenced by the average city salary and the specialisation of the fitness center.
Energy costs also seem to be taken into account.

The same goes to Medical Centers and Restaurants. You don't notice them because the profits are so large that cost of servicing almost doesn't make a difference.
