There are multiple possiblities. Some that spring to mind:
* service level dropped
* uniqueness dropped
* quality of your supplies dropped
* you just didn't order enough supplies
* retail prices (in stores) of the products used in your restaurants dropped
* you say there is no newcomer, but this market is highly competitive!! Prices are constantly dropping as a consequence.
