I've done a little research on income for different realms. I took a look at the amounts of copper, bauxite and gold that are produced on a daily basis on Mary, Lien and Olga.
 
Assumptions: when people buy mines, they go for Q3, complexity 5 and spend 15 points at a time. I'm sure this all varies wildly and might even just be false assumptions. As long as behavior amongst servers is similar, though, the end result will be the same.
 
Here's the daily income for the different realms from total expenditure on these 3 alone:
Mary: $7
Lien: $3
Olga: $37
 
It appears only normal that the russian servers get more attention than the "international" servers. On the other hand: if no efforts are made, the international servers can never be a success...
 
Imo admin should consult some of the experienced players on Mary/Lien and ask for suggestions to make the game more attractive through slight alterations (don't expect weeks of programming time on the basis of an income of $10/day Very we!). These players might be compensated for their efforts with game points...

Not like programmers are making changes 24:7 to the game code. A few changes per month are much cheaper to do. To you Keep in mind that the Russian audience is much larger than the rest. That is why it is developed a lot more there. (Compare products: sushi, soy...)
