Hi everybody,
 
I only play this game for a month and previous update I won the The Virtonomics standard and the Qualifying examinations for the Candidate’s degree.
I got the awards (see my profile) but I didn't get the extra prize because I didn't had Management Skill 10.
It's no problem for me that I didn't got the extra prize, but since this is a contest for beginners it is rather difficult to achieve. I only figured out on the 7 th day (or something like that) that this was a requirement for the bigger prize.
After that I was on vacation for 12 days (Hungary) and 5 day's later I went to France for 8 day's. (I'm still in France now, but it's one of the last days.)
I maybe could be able to get Management Skill 10 if I hadn't been away so much, but I really think this is rather high for most of the beginners.
Most of the people who got this already have turnover of + 100k and + 300k and have assets more than a billion.
I think most of those players aren't real beginners anymore. There are some exceptions between those players, but not so very much I think.
Most of them have read the guide to reach this I think. (I saw the guide, but I didn't read it.)
 
Now I just want to discuss about this.
Is it too difficult for really new players to achieve 10 Management Skill? Or not?
Should it be lower or in contradiction higher than it is now?
 
I think it's good to see who are the real GOOD newcomers to the game, but for most of them it will be hard as they don't know the game yet.
Maybe qualification of 8 would be better I guess to give newcomers a chance.
Also I think it has to be in the description of the contest that you need Management Skill 10 in order to win. (It took me 7 days to figure this out.)
 
Now give your opinion about this and tell me if my thoughts are correct or not.  Well
 
Ps: I'm sorry if my English isn't very well. This is not my native language so I normally make some mistakes (grammar, spelling,...)

you are correct that it is virtually impossible as newbie to achieve level 10. There are 2 advantages for the game's administrators though:
1. some people might buy points to get to level 10
2. those who do achieve it are - like you mention - probably not real newbies. Hence it is easy to detect clones from the early start :-)
 
I don't think the level should be lowered. You might consider doing a restart if you want to obtain the points. Now that you know how things work, you should be able to get to level 10. Or, you could just forget about the CM and focus on the contest for directors.

I won't bother myself anymore with the CM.
I will play a little more until I know the game a little bit better and when I have more feeling with it.
Than I will restart and make a good start.
Uncle's gift gave me a lot of trouble the first days and I was close to bankrupt as I didn't knew what to do.  So-so

You are not the only one, same happened here. I won two of the categories, but they are not giving away the points for free.
 
Unless you have read the exact formulas and wicked operations you are required to do in order to reach level 10 in management, it is IMPOSSIBLE for a starter to reach that level by playing the game in a normal way. No matter how good you can do it, you simply can't do it.
 
It's one of the things that makes you feel like if you were treated like an idiot, when you are leading the results and the previous day of the end of the contest you get the message "can't get the points unless you have level 10 in management". And you are like, "OK, is there any way to raise 2 levels in one day"?
 
They use "small letter" tricks to trick you into the game. Same happens in http://virtonomics.com/promo/, where you can read:

You are like "Oh, great. So they make competitions like other online games where that grant like $50 to the winner of each season?" What they don't tell you is that the "money" they talk about, is the in-game money. Except in the abandoned wiki:

To sum up:

Again, nothing really important, but not feeling happy when they trick you like an idiot. Any problem, blame the translations. :p

But I think that when you play a game only for the money you won't last long.
I only play for fun and not to be good. (But being good is always better than to be a noob of course So-so)
I maybe restart later to do the challenge of reaching 10 management in a month but now I don't feel like doing that.

Even though it's difficult to find out this way for new player, it's quite easy to find near to everything on forums especially if FAQ section. Of course, I didn't found this info on the first days after the start playing, but used a possibility to restart twice to earn the price.
 
Time spent to reading about game process is a great investment into success of your company. Yes

That's the spirit. I began without help of any kind nor uncle's gift, and I have gotten in and out of bankrupt on my own several times. (Heavy investments, in case you were wondering.) There's nothing more rewarding than enjoying the fruits of your own efforts and getting a well done job. Don't worry about massive competition, just focus on getting your company being productive and enjoy the game.

What gift did your uncle leave you ?

An office, a mill, a shoe factory, a store with motor-car goods, a laboratory and a Fitness center in Namangan (Uzbekistan).
As I didn't know what qualification was and because I only had management level 1, I got in huge trouble.
