Supplies orders are executed during turn calculation, which for Mary realm is performed between 0:00 - 2:00 GMT.
Exception to that are livestock orders - these are executed immediately (in contrast to forage orders which are executed during turn calculation).

Also, purchase of subdivisions on the market is also immediate.
