Today I discovered script that allows you to see possiblle growth in qualification. How the hack is even possible to achieve that kind of growth? Really?

I've got max possible growth in management and marketing accrording to this table. Also going to max production growth after restructing my company.

so according to this table my growth of qualifications for marketing is at maximum if I understand that table right? according to the table maximum gowth should be 9,1%?

As far as I remember Noglues had two tables: the first one and improved. This table is improved. And probably script was made using the data of the first table.

I have max growth in commerce, managment and marketing. And nearly 90% from possible in stock raising and science. But have some problems with production Tears

Maybe your browser isn't compatible with the script because you'll see the last column % will be large numbers like 50-100%.  
 
How to achieve that growth ? Maximize Top1 and Top3 as described.
 
The sale of technology DOES have an effect on science qualification growth, commerce and marketing are rather generously set and its impossible to get more than 30-40% in agriculture and mining (except maybe below qualification 20 or with 150'000 workers in the respective subdivisions).  Production is the most difficult, just 1 product below average realm quality will take away 4-6% already.
