I entered into a tender which ended today. I was purchsing the product that I was competing with from another player.
 
Today when I checked the tender page for the results and I was not included however the company I was purchasing from was. Hows does that work? Thats not fair. Someone please explain (DISKA!).

i suppose it was a city supply tender where the PRODUCER wins based on the sales of all the players combined; you were not listed because you don't produce any of those goods with 0.2 or higher brand? Check it out

There are "City Supply" tenders and "Trade in Cities" tenders.
 
The winner of city supply tenders is the one who produced the goods sold in the city.
"We take into account the income from sales of all city stores of any player."
 
The winner of trade in city tenders is the one with best retail sales.
"The winner of VIRTs is the company with the stores which have the highest income from sales of the given product in the given city in the day of tendering."

yea it is a city supply tender. they need to make it more obvious if it is a supply or trade tender.

I think it's obviously enough...in the beginning there was some complications but now it's very clear...also you have diferet icons...if there is Icon with forklift you just sell your own produced goods...and ofcourse, don't forget to brand it ;)

Got the same with 2 tenders was top of the field but aren't included in the played player list.
 
I didn't branded the product but they are branded about 5.0
