How is it possible? Yesterday, Ksar made 60 Billion turnover, today 50 Billion and his assets grow accordingly; this is more than the 10 top 100 companies with the highest turnover combined. His retail turnover is 180 Million. Where does the money come from ???

I would hazard a guess that he makes a lot out of his factories, that is selling at a high price, and passing it onto retail. Purchasing stuff from yourself appears to be turnover as well. So if he sells at say $25 at a factory and charges $25.15 or something like that for a product over a few hundred thousand, it will boost factory income, at the expense of lower retail income.

Mike, just think logically:
1.he has big turnover.
2.it is not retail
3.so it is wholesale market or technologies (also it can be auction, but we know that it is false)
4.so he sold something in very big volume for very big price to somebody (if you will take a look to ducks market then you will see what is this was)
 
Today's turnover will be also huge Well Maybe 30-35B

Turnover is only your income.
Outcome is not included.
Outcome is no matter in calculation of turnover
 
I also have good turnover, but lower retail sales than you, because i use warehouses, which sells goods inside my company for prime cost+smthng else. That is why i have bigger turnover than you. But of course i also have bigger outcome than you, because my shops buys goods not for $1 or $0.01 Well (from internal warehouses) (saying more, i use cascading setup of warehouses. chain of warehouses)

And what prices do you use inside your company? Well
 
I agree that current system of calculation turnover is not correct, and maybe is not logical. Maybe.
Try to explain it for admins Well

hahaha... SHAME ! the fact that the revenues are listed as turnover in the top 100 obviously resulted in a temporary error in my programming to release the same stupid question twice. (banging head to the table)  .. sorry i just started this game  I roll!
 
I have 25 warehouses but some of them are just for certain contracts and they mainly have a logistic function, not selling goods below prime cost on any level within my company to keep things simple. Wheater you can save taxes by selling goods at higher price to the store in other countries depends on the location of both of the countries e.g. their custom and tax fees.

edit: i thought turnover was This Week Assets minus Last Week Assets (so, not just money). If not, i think it should be the best indicator of how much a company is growing so, it could be the best indicator for turnover Well

The ranking "Turnover" == "Revenues" of your company. They maybe should rename the column in the ranking, because in fact, it just shows the total revenues of your company. I would actually also prefer a profit ranking to a revenue ranking, since revenue says nothing about the profitability of the company.

Bankrupted 3 times by game bugs.
1. Office Efficiency Bug - top mgr low eff makes all company employees stop working completely.
2. Warehouse Bug - rent skyrockets to 1.5 Million instead of $10,000 when office efficiency is low.
3. Office employee change bug - sometimes makes your #changed into your actual number at update. + Warehouse bug.
