Starting from 27 Oct. 2009 we offer a new service for all the Virtonomics realms in the section of group staff management - "Human resourses" .
The service allows you to maintain the given qualification level of the staff while changing average city salaries without your interference, to automatically adjust salary according to the level required by the technology, and to conduct group training of the staff of a few enterprises at once.
There are seven buttons in the HR Department interface (the block is only available when the service is enabled):
- Turn on... / Refuse...: lets you activate the HR Department on the selected enterprises. The enterprises where the HR Department is not activated are marked by the sign , for the activated enterprise is reflected, when clicking on it the settings for the HR Department of the given enterprise are reflected, here you can indicate the qualification level of the staff, which is necessary to maintain at the given enterprise
by the adjustment of salary (with accordance to the level of education), and the maximum salary according to the adjustment. If you are not subscribed to the service is reflected;
- Adjust according to the technology requirements: sets the qualification levels at the selected enterprises according to the requirements of technology at the given enterprise (the adjustment is not available in Stores, Offices and Laboratories);
- Index salary: adjusts qualification levels of the staff according to the current requirements by the HR Department;
- Start 1-week training / Start 4-week training: launches the training mode at the selected enterprises for 1 aand 4 weeks correspondingly. In so doing next to the current qualification the number of weeks left for training is reflected;
- Cancel training: cancel training for the selected enterprises regardless of the time left.

The HR Department settings are available in the "Company" / "Management" / "Employee" bookmark.
