Gifts (valentine and other cards) can be bought from the government for the virtual cash and points, the price is fixed.
The present can be given to any player, who plays on the same realm where it was bought. You can give presents to yourself. When buying a postcard a player chooses from the standard variety of images and then the name (from the standard collection of names or the one he/she makes up - "to a beautiful lady", "to a best friend" etc.)
At the moment, gifts do not give any advantages, apart from a nice picture and other decorative details, and also popularity points. They are shown on the forum and in the "Awards" section in your Personal Office.
The purchase of gifts is done through the "Markets" / "Gift shop" bookmark.
