On March 05, 2012, we are changing the system of contests and tenders.
 
1. The lowest league of tenders is abolished , it is merging with the middle league. Thus, there will only be two leagues: the Amateur league with the core qualification up to 30 inclusive and the Professional league without restrictions for registration of players (therefore, players of the Amateur league will be able to take part in the tenders of the Professional league);
 
2. In the tenders of the Amateur league the one to win will be the best registered player;
 
3. The value of the qualification awards in tenders is rising : in the Amateur league a victory will give 50% to the qualification growth, in the professional league - 25% to the growth;
 
4. The prizes in Virtonomics money are abolished, the amount of VIRTs given in tenders on Mary and Lien is reduced;

We offer the following way of generating tenders:
VERA and OLGA:
Amateur league: 3 prizes in VIRTs (3, 1, 1) and 2 qualification growth prizes (+50%);
Professional league: 3 prizes in VIRTs (1, 1 and 5+3+1) and 2 qualification growth prizes (+25%).
MARY and LIEN:
Amateur league: 1 prize in VIRTs (1) and 3 qualification growth prizes (+50%);
Professional league: 2 prizes in VIRTs (1, 1) and 2 qualification growth prizes (+25%);
ANNA:
Amateur league: 3 qualification growth prizes (+50%);
Professional league: 3 qualification growth prizes (+25%)

5. Tender changes:
We are introducing two new nominations:

  • Services sector. The winner is the owner of an enterprise belonging to the services sector of a given size in a given city, on the condition that the enterprise has shown the best income during the accounting update. We take into account taxable income (equipment purchase and repair, and other costs which do not reduce the tax base of Virtonomics and the contest index);
     
  • Country’s pride. The winner is the owner of the enterprises net of a given specialization belonging to the services sector which has brought the biggest income during the accounting update in a given country. We take into account taxable income (equipment purchase and repair, and other costs which do not reduce the tax base of Virtonomics and the contest index);
The creation of the tenders Best Range of Goods and Best store - 3 has been suspended.
 
6. Changes in the CM-CD-CP:

  • CM: the Trade turnover nomination is replaced by the nomination «National well-being» where we take into account the income of the enterprises belonging to the services sector ;
  • CD: the Markets Storm nomination is replaced by the nomination «The week of excellent service»: the nomination analogous to «The Standard of Virtonomics», but this one is destined for the enterprises belonging to the services sector;
  • CP: at the preliminary stage the «Forestry» nomination is replaced by the nomination «Fishwatch» with the similar rules, but just for one fish variety existent on the realm; at the main stage the Breadwinner nomination is replaced by the nomination «State order», where we take into account the total income from all sales «to the government» of all state goods during the whole contest period.

7. We are introducing a new players ranking where we take into account the number of victories in tenders and nominations of the Contest for Managers, Contest for Directors and Contest for Presidents (a point for a nomination) within the period of the last 52 updates. A victory in tenders is an acquisition of a prize regardless of the place. A victory in nominations is an acquisition of a prize place.
In addition, we take into account consequent victories. The series of victories is interrupted if a player who has registered in a tender does not win any prize, or if a player took part in the Contest for Managers, Contest for Directors or Contest for Presidents and failed to take at least one place in the nominations.
 
The Top-10 of the ranking get the award "TenderMan" without bonuses.
