In the game there should be a stock exchange in where companies can buy stocks or sell stocks to raise funds for quick funds.This would provide a quick infusion of capital into businesses that need it and also the ability for the companies to go IPO.

Yes, they have already laid out some plans for it, but it isn't in the short term goals. This will come in some time.
