is it possible to have equipment 'moved' between enterprises instead of writing them off?
 
i'm still short of cash for what i want to do, but want to upgrade my technology for 1 factory, but need equipment for another factory of a lower level tech.
 
right now, i have to write off all the 'good' equipment of the first factory, then buy higher grade machines for that,
meanwhile my 2nd factory, needing the quality of the machines from the first factory, need to buy new ones as well.
 
good for machine factories, not good at all for my cash situation.
 
in the real world, surely we can transport the machines instead.
 
would Admin consider please?

No . Now it is impossible
All you can is:
- Repair with higher equipment
- Write off and buy new higher machines
 
Also, when you are writing off, then you do not return any money invested in this machines, and you will PAY (money in game) for this procedure - write off

It is very stupid situation in this game, but that is reality.
 
Many-many times other players says that it will be very usefull to introduce something like "old machines" in game, this "old machines" would be like source for machine-tools factory (like steel today).

Great suggestion. I hope this gets looked at.
 
Even if there was a separate (govt owned) "second hand machine dealer" who bought from players at a reduced cost and then sold to other players for a profit.
This is a common business model for several sectors, and one that could greatly benefit new players at the early learning stages which would help the player base grow.

Unfortunately, we cannot do this for the game has certain restrictions connected with some technical and other reasons (e.g. game balance).
