My employees have had 2 days left in training for about 3 or 4 days now. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

It must be a bug (if what ou've said is correct) how long did you send them trainig for? Did you maybe mistake the days left or how long you sent them on training for? I've never had a problem with training. Try just keeping a closer eye on them and see if it changes.
