What is a bug with the brand, I spend it 7kk in turn, shows that he is growing and is now 2.83, and shops selling dumplings with a brand 0.38 - How so?

Do you use a warehouse?

Fresh made sausages with brand can mix in with older stock without brand, this gives the whole lot an average brand value.

The 2.83 brand sausages will only be made this turn, last turn they had ~2.47. It will take some time for actual produced brand to increase.
