Brief: Study level 4 of any technology

Reward: Experience in Science, 3 mln. virtual cash

thats the science quest.
and its a lil confusing. in the first paragraph, it says that i need to study lvl 3 of any tech.
but then in brief it says study lvl 4.
admins pls point out which one it is.
