Grapes can be stored in Foodstuff Warehouse as well as Agricultural Warehouse.
Sugar cannot be stored in Foodstuff Warehouse.

Sure there is a bug here.

Either Grapes must not be both, or Sugar must also be both.

If having only retail Food stores, I am now forced to have seperate warehouse just for sugar.

It's true, sometimes it's not so easy to understand specializations of warehouses. However, this kind of goods devision is already approved and we are not going to modify it.
