I understood, after several tests.
Title "Fix equipment" on equipment page is double.
Second "Fix equipment" is remove (liquidation).
May be, need rename last title?

Also, greymax, did you trying to fix equipment in Menu/Company/Management/Equipment? ;-)
While trying to fix, i see text like "page or file is not found", after pressing button "Fix equipment"
