for a start, top menu:
 
"qualification" - use "skills" or even "expertise"
"auctions" - better to use "tenders"
"competitions" - use "contests"
"World Map" - should be "World map"
"products" - better to use "commodities"/"goods"
"manufacturing" - better to use "production"
"Private Policy" - should be "Private policy"
"Contact Administration" - should be "Contact administration"

When creating your own office there is a picture with russian language. Change it.

Also, the word "Salary" is better to change for "Wages".

When ordering supply's from the market, there are many independent suppliers. So it would be more correctly to write "Unlim." instead of "No lim."

By the way, the phrase "In stock" is better to change to "In depot"
