apparantly storing 1 scooter takes up 30m². That's an awful lot on its own. That is also twice as much as an SUV and 3x the storage space required by an electric car. I'm thinking you could probably fit 5 scooters in the parking space for 1 SUV, so there probably just is a 0 too many. Ie scooter space should be divided by 10: 3m² would still provide ample space to store a scooter, no?
 
Now it has a big impact on your floor space in stores of limited size...
