In both old and new interfaces, when repairing or purchasing equipment of different quality levels, the Quality levels shown in the “Equipment” module are different from the final quality after a purchase or repair is made. The module should link to the same formula used to determine the final quality. It is very frustrating to make changes (especially expensive changes like in power generators) and think your equipment quality is going to meet minimum standards for a technology upgrade, and then show after the operation is complete that the equipment is just fractionally below minimum standards.
