In addition to reverting to the new format every time you enter and update a price, in the supply page for production, often times the updates wouldn't stick unless you hit just the right combination.
 
I know the developers are pushing a newer format to make it more attractive and user friendly for apps (I-Phones, etc), but please keep the option for the old format for the computer based players. The new format for the Trade Hall and Supply tab for stores is atrocious.
