Hi,
 
Since i play virtonomics my employees got fired a few times without my knowledge.. Can somebody explain me why? I'm at the point to stop playing bc I can't afford it no more to hire employees 20k each(Yamoussoukro, Ivory coast)..

Try a different city for your facility.
Cost to hire: is enormous in that city - due to labor market problems. Seems everyone wants to use only the cheapest workers in the mary-world.
 
If you checked your "messages", you'll find the warnings regarding mass lay-offs and labor unions at your plants.
