In the new format, if the factory workers demand a minimum wage, the amount is not shown at the factory.
 
The minimum salary requirement is shown in the message, but in the old format, when you open the Employees/Salary tab, it would show what the minimum salary requirement is. In the new format, I don't see it.

Similarly, minimum quality requirements are not shown any longer. examples:
+ Oil-fired power plant: supply page. Note is not shown "quality below recommended quality"
+ Refinery: On the contract, a mandatory min. qual. requirement is entered. But there is no warning or whatsoever. Any game beginner would just report this as a bug - or abandon the plant.

Yes, when a union threatens a strike, in the old format, the minimum wage demand would be shown. I haven't checked lately to see if that has changed. Whenever I am in a union wage situation, I generally revert to the old formatting.
