There is unfilled demand for "Chemicals Factory - Level 13" licenses. So I want to sell at the established "market price" established via the lowest offer (1). However, when trying the offer licenses at this market price, the system states a "minimum price" of 10x the amount, and rejects my offer (2).

What am I missing ? Does that seem correct ?

Wicked enough, the license was sold at the price initially targeted ($2.6 million).
Which is 10x below the "minimum price" stated by the system ($29.1 million).
 
Congrats to the happy buyer! ...seems cheap to me.
