When I put a "other company" on the "blacklist", I assume the result is twofold:
1) the other company cannot buy my goods anymore
2) when I am selecting suppliers, the other company is not shown to me, hence I cannot buy goods from it.
 
Is there a way for only (2) ?  i.e. allowing the other to buy, but avoiding buying with him ?  
Maybe some sort of "preferred" - "standard" - "avoided" supplier flag.
