ok basically, take this " a company needs to take on a new project, they don't have enough money to finance the project. obviously they can get bonds but that leaves you completely open to loosing everything in a short amount of time,

so what if there was a way for other companies to give you the money and they get payed a percentage back each game turn or 2 or 10 game turns. this it how it will work in theory: you list the amount you need for the project on a marketplace eg 10,000,000,000 then you select the percentage you payback each game turn or 5 or 10 but not lower than 1% so thats 100,000,000. if a a fellow virtonmics player likes the offer he invests in a click, the payment continues until  your ready to pay back the investment in full without taking away the amount already payed to the investor.

the way is this:

- lender purchases one overpriced item to transfer the required amount to the borrower
- borrower places a contract to buy an item per day from the borrower at the agreed price until the dept is paid

This massively increases the risk for the lender because the borrower can stop payments at any time and doesn't need to get bankrupt to get rid of the debt.

Need to be some kind off Payment plan or else the bond system is better.

Another way to do this would probably be this setup some kind off Optional thing. The borrower only pays interest the first few updates ( let's say 7 turns) then he has to Start paying it back with interest(game regulated?) every update for 30 or 60 turns(depending on amount). And add a option for lender to buy  Insurrance for let's say 5-10% fee incase the borrower goes bankrupt.
