I did not find any restriction in the game. However when I was in q3 or q4 or q5, I created my first mobile network operator. It begins to run well.
When I want to create a second, it wasn't possible to me to do it because the icon for this service doesn't appear in the game. I thought that was a problem of qualification. Now I am in q15 in this area ( it technology) and it is still impossible to me to create a second mobile.
I ask me if there is some restrictions or a bug.
To buy_ pass these impeachment, I bought some companies of mobile network on the market. No one of them attract clients (including my first one) in spite their effectiveness close of 100 , the publicity and the reducing price policy.
