Hi, I dont know if it is a bug or I'm doing something wrong, but I have set a warehouse as selling "only to certain companies", added four companies and only one can reach the warehouse when they look for it. The other three companies are telling me that the specific warehouse does not appear in their supplier list. Please, could someone help me with this?

if you certain that you added all 4 and saved that configuration i'd suspect that they other 3 have a filter in their purchase window to avoid the display of your offer

Thank you for your advise but I've told them and they say there are no active filters. I dont know what is happening because everything seems to be ok. Is there any way to contact admins to check this?

Is there enough goods in stock at warehouse? If the one company  who can see the warehouse has ordered all the stock on hand then no one else will be able to see the supplier as far as I know.
