Hello,
I had just brought 500 devices for my lab in the past few days started a research and today i find out that all the equipment is worn, ie 100%. How is this possible? My employees were qualified as needed.

The equipment was worn out on Nov. 11, 2010, on that day the efficiency of your employees was at zero which led to the full technical wear of equipment (the 100% efficiency of your employees was reached on Nov. 6, 2010).

Wait a moment, today is 9th November 2010, and if you are talking of the game date, My lab wasn't even built that time.
My efficiency was 0% for first day because of the office i think, but then next day my office was at 100% efficiency, and the equipment got worn.

2010-11-03: office:97%, equipment 100% (purchased), employees 0% (no employees)
2010-11-04: office:100%, equipment 0% (worn out), employees 0% (no employees)
2010-11-05: office:100%, equipment 0% (worn out), employees 0% (no employees)
2010-11-06: office:100%, equipment 0% (worn out), employees 100% (hired)
