Where can i see participants of the current contests of Managers, Directors, their rankings etc?
 

Edit: seems i can't see contests if i'm not participating in them. Admins, please consider to make those infos available for everyone, it would be interesting to see

I do not believe you can see them, only the participants themselves can see it.

Contests are only open to those who qualify, and those who are participating can already see the others in the same contest.
 
The request/suggestion is for the those of us not participating in the contests (and can't participate) to see the contests because it would be interesting - just that - interesting.  There is no VIRT requirement to participate in contests.

Can't u possibly use the info to decide to go in? Lets say u didn't participated but u have 4 more days - u compare the contesters and see u can win so u decide to join - isn't it possible?

VladTechs, Mike and Chris are referring to contests - like the Manager's Contest where you won 3 nominations.  Other players can not just decide to enter.  Contest participants have to go through the qualification stages.
 
eg, because you have finished your CM, you can't see the current, non finished, CM participants and how they are going, nor can you decide to enter the current CM.

tenders do not require VIRTs to enter.  one only has to be in the appropriate league to join in.
 
the only tender that require points (not VIRTs) is the special duelling tenders.  for those, if anyone has decided to enter, that player is already visible to others.
